On leaving from job company they are not providing salary in full

Worked in company for a month only. Now on leaving they are giving me money in parts and im asking for it in full. It is private employment. What rights do i have?

Assuming you were employed by a private company, your term of employment is governed entirely by your employment contract. Please refer to your notice period clause in order to check if you were lawfully evicted out of your company.
For your outstanding dues, you can give a legal notice to the management of your company and it they still don’t take any action then you can file a suit against them.
