If vacancies for a particular post arises before 01.01.2004,but notification for these vacancies notified after 01.01.2004.Then recruited candidates could eligible for Old Pension?
Yes, the candidate shall be eligible.
The candidate shall be eligible for the benefits. However entirely subject to the subject of the notification. It would be great if we discuss the same on the table with the documents to be relied on.
