Offer letter not provided and No notice period policy is mentioned.

I have moved from in a different entity of the same company and the new entity didn't provide me any offer letter and on policy portal there is no notice period policy is mentioned but they are forcing me to serve a notice period of 3 months. I am not in the condition to serve a notice period of months. What should I do?

Legal notice will be sent to the individual based on which a police complaint will be filed. That police complaint will be filed on the ground of cheating & fraud by the individual and compensation would also be demanded from the individual .
