Notice during probation 90 days. i havent informed

Hi, In offer letter, Company is not specified noties period in probation(notice period not mentioned . But in termination nd notice period it is written 3 momths. I have resigned the organisation . i smoothly exited . they are telling i buyed out Notice i need to pay them amount , if failed so they cant provide relieving document . i have worked only 3 months for that company . My company HR portal showed me 0 daydsof notice eventhough i served 16 days they didnt tell me i have 90 days .
there is no rule that you have to server 90 days in the company since you are exit in a smooth way not any amount to the company they are just giving attract to you prepare amount recovering after amount thanks we will issue from legal notice to them so that I will not interfere in your rasmouth way of working if an opportunity given to me I shall sent Lekar notice to them
