Not taken Noc of company About education

Sir I am working in PUC company as electrician on compassion. When I was joined this employment my education was 11th passed. In 2018 I had given HSC examination and after that I did 5 years LLB course. Now I got information that I should have to taken no objection certificate of company. I did not have any idea that time. Now now I want to inform to company how can I do this please suggest me

Dear Client, Firstly, welcome to the field of Law. Kindly check your offer letter/appointment letter/agreement letter for the clause that mentions such policies. If it's ignored by you due to lack of awareness, then you need to find out the consequences and act accordingly if you can't prove your innocense

Well, You cannot take the NOC on retrospective basis. While being employed, you would have taken the NOC from your Employer to parallely pursue your LL.B Course, Now at the max, what your Employer can do is that, it can terminate you, for not seeking NOC from it, while pursuing your Education.
