Not Relieving me due to pending case filed by the non customer

I m manager of Canada bank. My resignation got forwarded by My branch Agm to HR. In turn HR sent mail to branch regarding dues, leave, liabilities of me as well as with the instruction to pay bond amount of Rs.1.00 lac. A case has been filed by a women to the police station stating that articles from her husbands locker we're stolen. Husband who is customer did not make any complaint to us r police station. I have paid bond amount, cleared liabilities n cleared dues. on last day (90th day) over phone I me informed till case close u will not be relvd. What can i do about it now?
The Bank cannot force you to be their employee. If you have completed the required formalities, paid the bond amount and cleared your dues, there is nothing much the Bank can do apart from accepting your resignation.
The complaint has been filed with the police and it is for the police to investigate the matter, not the bank.
