Not received salary since 3 months, company is closed.

We are working employee and we have not received 3 months salary, we got personal cheques from our boss but it had bounced twice and the company is closed and now whereabouts of my boss are not known to anyone. Please Advice. what legal action can I take?
You have not declared about salary. If your salary is under 15000/- you may file application before "Samjhota Adhikari" of labor department. If cheque had bounced twice you can file case u/s 138 NI Act. The another action you can take is that you can file criminal case in Police Station u/s 420/406 IPC.
