We r working at South Central railway substation operator our contractor not paying minimum wages not contributing ESIC EPF etc 3 month salary pending still
you file writ petition in the high court for relief of pending salary and ESI and PF can also be recovered if an opportunity given to me I will file writ petition in the high court and get relief if we file this case in central administrative tribunal then it will be slow process
