Dear sir, I am not getting Salary as per 6th pay commission and ICAR Rules but other Driver is getting as per 6th Pay Commission and ICAR Rules. I have another two years of service. I told to my manager but there was no proper reply. Can i file a case against the Manager?

You have to file a case before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal to redress your grievance instead of filing case against Manager. All are equal before the eye of law. You will get a benefit on par with the other similarly placed persons
