Not Getting Assured Reimbursement amount from Vendor Company

At the time of joining HR(Vendor Company) Assured me to reimburse notice period buy out amount which has been paid by me to my previous organisation. But, after joining in the organisation there was no updates from vendor side regarding reimbursement. Since its been a long time they didn't gave any response so i took initiative and asked them about the same and now they are demanding for written proof of it which they didn't yet provide. All the conversation held on telephonic call related to Reimbursement so now I don't have any written Proof. Please suggest me how i can get my reimbursement amount as it means a lot for me.?

1. Since there was nothing in writing given to you, you cannot make a case;
2. But you can still send them a legal notice, since there was a oral contract;
3. Therefore approach a local lawyer and send a legal notice;
4. If there are more problems then let your appointed lawyer speak to the company or their legal head.
