Not accepting resignation letter from 5 months.Can I claim?

Dear Sir, I was working in UP NHM on contract and given notice that if transfer is not done as per my application. It should be treated as notice but no reply is given by UPNHM and after passing one month notice period .I gave resignation but 5 months passed my resignation was not accepted.In this condition can I claim compensation for 5 month? Where i can claim?

Friend,you are bound to give your service at UPNHM as per contract.If,in contract, there is any provision which clarify that the dispute should be settled in any specific tribunal or arbitration or court's jurisdiction then you approach before the concern authority with your grievances.
