Not able to withdraw gpf advance money

Sir my mother is a government school principal in junior high school bareilly Uttar pradesh his job is 25 years old and 12 years remaining I want to withdraw gpf advance money where the government allows withdrawal of 75 percent of money my mother current gpf balance is 15 lacs I want to withdraw advance of rs 5 lacs but the clerikal department only allowing 1.4 lacs withdrawal as advance and also it will deducted from salary every month 5000 rupees for 28 months and finance minister herself declared withdrawal of 75 percent of provident fund unconditionally in March 2020 but then they are saying our parishad have different rules then central and state government and my mother is government employee can I file pil or case against the parishad in this matter plz help me sir

pil is file for general welfare. you call file pil for personal interest. for personal interest a normal case is filed. you can file a case against the parishad and govt. where your mother is working. kindly contact us for further details
