Non recruitment after clearing exam due to degree for distance MBA

08-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Dear sir, My name is Subhash Kaswan. I have cleared IBPS SO 2016 exam and interview. In this exam 2 years full time MBA was required. But i have part time MBA. I didn't read IBPS notification carefully and applied for exam and i got selected. I was called for interview, my documents were checked and accepted my candidature. I scored 75% marks and alloted punjab national bank to me. After 3 months time PNB checked my documents for recruitment process and rejected my candidature, saying you have distance degree. PNB have a list of formalities required for any candidate to fulfill at the time of joining. In this list, it is mentioned that if you have distance degree, you can submit DEC certificate that if have submitted. Please guide me.....what to do? Its about my carrier. Thanks.

if your are sure that PNB provides open window for distance MBA students and you have cleared all the required formalities then you should immediately serve a legal notice expressing your grievances and if your legal notice is not given any heed file a writ petition before Rajasthan High Court of Judicature.

Dear,
This is an issue where you have cleared exam and scored good marks and also cleared interview . Bank should have stopped you there only if they have not done it they are in fault in my opinion and natural justice also demands that when your candidature is fit otherwise they should not expel you on this ground alone. contact your advocate he will guide you more in this regard.
