Non payment of wages and Mental harassing

I am Rahavi. I was working with one of the firm's in Chennai due to covid I came back to home town on March 19 post which I was with the company till April 24th. My employer didn't pay me my last month salary though she made me work full day. She was expecting me to work with her toll the situation comes to normalcy but she will not pay. I have financial commitments and have plans of pursuing higher studies so I resigned on April 26th for which my employer gave me a reply mail stating she is not in the position to accept my resignation and she can't do exit formalities virtually. After that I have shared all the files and documents and every work related things I have in a mail and shared it to her. She didn't get back to me at all with regards to my relieving. I have got couple of offers and I had higher education process going on. When I approached my management regarding this she was forcing to come to Chennai and do KT without salary.
