Non payment of wag of suspended period and cancellation of w transfer

I am a Central govt. employee and a criminal case was ragistered against me by state police under PC act 1988 the challan/charge sheet filled by police had been returned by ACB court in wants of jurisdction now no case are pending against me but my department are not paying me the wages which was deducted during my suspension and also not cancelled my transfer which was ordered on recommendation of police.
you can file writ petition for you wages and deduction and you may also challenge the transfer order either before Centre Administratibe Tribunal or before the High Court. for more details you may contact us at our Jodhpur office.
