Non payment of salary of Indigo staff notice period

मैने इंडिगो कस्टमर सर्विस से रिजाइन किया है। मैने चार महिना कंपनी में अपनी सेवा दी है। मैने नोटिस पीरियड में भी काम किया हैं एक महिना का नोटिस पीरियड में भी सेवा दी है। कंपनी मेरा नोटिस पीरियड का सेलरी नही दी है । और यूनिफॉर्म रिकवरी चार्ज के रूप में 9000 काट ली है और 1600 और मांग कर रही है में क्या करूं । मुझसे ही पैसे की मांग किया जा राहा फुल फाइनल सेटलमेंट के लिए I have resigned from Indigo after working for four months and have also worked during the notice period. Under this situation my advice to send legal notice to the department and demand salary which we did there. Further, if not result will come out then file a case in labour department for payment of salary from the company. Free to appraoch advocate
