Non payment of salary no full and final settlement

Dear concern, Till today ( after 1.5 yrs) I have not received my three months salary along with F&F after leaving my previous company ( company name: doshion veolia water solution pvt ltd, Ahmedabad.) I have contacted with the labour commissioner of Ahmedabad also but not get any support. ..even after filling a complain in the govt grievance portal. Please suggest what to do..
You will have to send them a legal notice through a lawyer demanding your three months salary along with full and final settlement. If they fail to give, then you can file suit for recovery and demand cost of litigation and compensation for mental harassment
