Non payment of salary no full and final settlement..........

Dear concern, Till today ( after 1.5 yrs) I have not received my three months salary
bcz of Let me burn TB after recovery thevy refuse to give salary they told one the sale invoice created is wrong that's why he recover that amount
but actually that not invoice created by me
This is my response to you:
1. Send the company HR and employer a formal letter stating that, they release your salary;
2. If they do not then send them a legal notice;
3. State all your facts and they are delaying the release of salary for silly reasons;
4. Last step is labour court;
5. Approach a local lawyer and discuss the same.
