Non payment of Salary by Employer from October

Hi,
My Employer has not paid the Salary from past 4 months now.
Please help me what should I do and How much will it cost to file h complaint against him.
you have to first serve your employer a legal notice regarding non payment of your four months salary and benefits and other expenses if they do not provide a response to your legal notice then you have the right to file a case against your employer in labour court
