Non payment of salary and pending dues more than 2 years post resign

19-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resgin my earlier job and relieved formally during Jan 2014 but my last month salary and pending salary for certain period during service holded by management is being paid even after repeated follow up over phone and mail. What's the legal action I can take to get it paid. I was working in the lower level management cadre. Need some suggestion. It was declared as a sick industry.

You need to send a legal notice through a lawyer to the company regarding non payment of salary and other dues. If still they do not reply to the legal notice or re pay the dues then you may file a case either in the labour court or even file a recovery suit against the company in the District court
