Non Payment of Salary and other components by employer

Hi, the company has not paid salary and other dues from last 1.5 years, how can we recover it. Company just says that the employee did not perform well in the job so they will not pat full salary and other dues.
Hello, first I need your appointment letter and also the matter would be get filed in the labor court under payment of wages act. Summons will be issued to the concerned director of the company.

Performance does not matter in case of fixed salary. You can file a labour case against the employer along with all the required documents in order to recover the salary. You can even ask for interest on the pending amount.

A demand notice can be issued through Labour Commissioner. If the amount is small then you can directly file it otherwise consider filing it through a an advocate. The company will be issued summons and there are chances of settlement. If the matter does not get settled then you can file your case.
