Non-Payment Of Salary and illegal termination

I was working in the company which was having its branch in Delhi and the company main office in Maharastra. the company has shut down the Delhi branch without giving notice or any termination letter to us. we are 31 people who were working in this branch, we all were workmen in the company. It's been more than 2 years since we tried a lot to force the company to pay the dues but the company is not showing any concern to pay our dues. Please advise
Firstly, you can proceed by sending a legal notice to the company, giving them one last opportunity to clear your dues.
If in case, the company is still not ready to do the same, then in that case, you can initiate a civil suit against the said company before the court of law for the illegal termination and non-payment of salary.

this is a case where in the party has right to approach The Honorable Labour Commissioner and seek appropriate remedy for non performance off duty on behalf of the company . all relevant documents necessary for the said complaint should be readily available for the purpose of filing this case .
