Non Payment of Salary and Assistant Labour is not helping

I had worked in a company called Limtex Infotech which is located in Rajarhat,Kolkata, for more than 5 years and when I left the company in February,2016, because they were not paying on time, Limtex was owing me around Rs.98000 in salaries which was accumulated during the period of 4 months as they were not paying salary for many months. Even after leaving the company I tried to request them to pay my money but they did not bother about it so I had to approach Assistant Labour Commissioner, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in April, 2016 and lodged a complaint, however, even after doing that nothing has happened and it has been around 8 months now. It might be because Assistant Labour Commissioner, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is not taking any strict action against them. I visited Assistant Labour Commissioner, Barasat, North 24 Parganas many a times but to no avail and they do not even answer my questions properly. Kindly look into the matter and help me.
