16-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working as asst. professor in a engineering college. I have resigned with process from my post on 17 June 2021. They have paid me half salary in my account since march 2020 to June 2021. after resignation I have applied through mail and asked them to clear my pending dues that is pending salaries and gratuity. Now they are not answering and its a month now. I am going through very critical economic condition and I want legal process into this matter now.

Well, in order to recover your pending Salaries and Gratuity, you have to send a Legal Notice first. If you won't get a positive reply from sending Notice, then you have to file a case either in City Civil Court or Labour Court or directly before Bombay High Court.
