Non Payment of gratuity amount by the employer

18-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked for 4 yrs and 331 days in my previous organization as a permanent employee. When I resigned company to join another, my previous employer denied to pay me my gratuity amount in the state of Uttar Pradesh. What to do? Though there is a ruling of madras high court for making payment if an employee has completed 240 days in his 5th year of service continuously.

Dear Sir.. Gratuity is your right and your employer cannot deny it. You can send a legal notice to your Company for claiming it. You can also contact us for the same. Thanks and Regards
