Non payment of dues by employer

I used to work in a firm called ko very situated in Gurugram. I left the job after serving for 1 month approx from 14th may to 11 June. I got the salary for the month of may but the June payment that should have come as fnf is not being payed saying a clause in employment contract which I have never signed because of delay from their side. What can I do to get this?
