Non payment of complete salary after completion of notice period

16-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I tendered resignation on 24/6/2013 with 1 month notice as per company rule and continued to attend office to serve period. A letter dated 10/7/2013 given to me in office on 11/7/2013, by hand, which mentioned that resignation has been accepted and I stand relieved with immediate effect (24/6/2013). They paid me only notice pay ( Basic salary) though I am entitled to get full pay with all allowances for the period 24 June - 11 July 2013. They denied to pay with reasons that I did not come to office. No such system in office was to keep record of attendance. They are taking advantage of this.

You need to knock the doors of the labour court to seek the payment of salary for the notice period. However, it is advisable that before going to the labour Court you shoot them a legal notice. They can't deny payment of salary to you for the period of notice.
