Query perused. Do let us know weather you suffered the injury during the course of the employment or not? Do also let us know , dis u have a leave balance during the time of recovery, Do also let us know weather as per the extant HR policies there are any provision for medical leaves with salary .

Well you seem to have a good case. You may file a suit for recovery of money as damages accruing out of breach of employment contract [in case your contract was silent about the factum of deductions on grounds of medical emergencies]. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Hello, I have perused your query. In these circumstances, you have an option of sending them a legal notice for recovery of dues. However, the employment contract has be kept in mind in doing so.
for further information feel free to reach out to me.
