No proper calculation of remuneration in contract

Hi, i would like to know if i have not signed anu agreement with my existing employer nor the non compete clause is part of employee handbook. The remuneration amount is just communicated without any base or calculation am i still bound by this clause. This clause is forced upon us because the group is not allowing any mew recruitmenta for our mumbai office. Kindly assist
If there is no agreement between you and your employer then how can you ask for renumeration from your employer. And if your a regular employee in the company then you may take the employee handbook and check whether you are entitled for the renumeration as per book or not
