No payment received for june and july after giving resignation

03-Sep-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was forced to sign a NDA for a year after 2 months of joining which also had a clause of fine 30000 if i breach the NDA. But they promised if someone have a genuine reason it would be waived off. I only had 7 days left for my NDA. They never paid on time and i didnt received my salary for june and july. Then i decided to pursue my higher studies so i resigned. So now they are asking for a fine of 30000 and didnt paid me a single penny. Though,it was a genuine reason they are not paying me.

You need to send a legal notice to them seeking an answer that why are they not releasing your salary for the month of june and july. You can further seek remedies under labour welfare laws for retrieval of your salary or can approach the court of law.

You can send a legal notice to company for non payment of dues
Legally they can’t hold you to work in a company
You can claim recovery amount from the company
You can send them email and then if it does not work send notice
