• No full and final settlement after 25 Days since resignation

I was working with a Steel Manufacturing company as GM Marketing for 21 years. I resigned the company on 30.04.2021. I received the Relieving letter and Experience letter on 05.05.2021. The HR told me that full and final settlement would be done within week time as per mail confirmation. But it's almost 25 days and no settlement has been done. I served 2 reminder for full and final settlement along with 21 years of Gratuity .HR is silent ,Can I send a notice to the company legally ? Is the company ignoring any law by delaying the fnf settlement
If you have documental proof that the HR told you that the fnf settlement done within 7 days then at first you can serve a legal notice and then file case before the court.
