New company sending mails to my old company what to do.

Dear Advisor I want to know that I have accepted a offer from a company. Went to that new company for 3 days but not received any appointment letter. Found some issues with new company hence came back to my old employer and started working as usual. Now the new company harassing me by sending mail to my old/current company. Telling me to file complaint under section IPC 409 against me. Please help. Regards

Please take note of following -
1. Your second company which you joined for a while can't take any action against you as neither they have given you your appointment letter nor there is any employment contract in between you both.
2. There cannot be any case in against you under section 409 as that section is for different set of people for different set of circumstances.
3. You can send them a legal notice to stop harassing you or else you will take further legal action. You can also file a defamation case in against them.
