Need laywer to file case against employer

I worked in nigeria for almost 6 years my employer gave me reliving letter but when i asked for my due salary they send me fnf stating to pay for notice period can i file against the employer for getting my salary and can i get file a case of mental harassments and asked the company to pay for it
You can see You your employer if he is not paying Your dues you have not mentioned where your company is located in India so as to decide the jurisdiction to file a case against your company please also mention your designation

Yes you can send the legal notice to the employer and ask for refund of the amount and if he doesn't then court is the option but I think notice will suffice the purpose and you need not panic about the issue.
