Need information regarding compassionate appointment

Dear Sir/Madam, My married widowed sister was death last month, she was mother of 2 minor son, one is 1.5 yr and 1 7 years, due to both of parents died, i have taken responsibility of kids, so can i able for compassionate appointment against my sisters job, She was working state of , zilla parishad department. Request to you kindly guide for same.
brother and sister are considered for compassionate employment in case of unmarried Government servant. you in the capacity of guardian may not be able to get compassionate employment. still it is advisable to ask the zilla parishad department for the necessary details.
