Need information on resignation in Tehsil as lekhpal trainee

I am trainee as lekhpal in Rajasva Vibhag. Want to resign second time from the post of lekhpal. I have sent my resignation by register post after that i stoped the resignation proceedure by requesting to SDM due to family pressure. Now i am confirm to resign and go for higher study. How can i resign second time with effective way without interogation ?

First of all I fail to understand why you want to resign as provision is contemplated with regard to study leave which you can avail by way of an application through proper channel. In case you want to resign even after this you should restart the procedure for resignation and the moment your resignation is accepted, you are out from the job and this cannot be revoked under any circumstance after acceptance by the competent authority. Take a decision utmost care.
