Need information on police verification for job

Sir am a Student preparing for UPSC civil services sir my problem is that some of my neighbour always thread me that they will complain a fake FIR against me and make me disable from my carrier sir I wants to know that is can they really do this by complaining a fake FIR against me even I don't do any crime.,.?? Sir when will I disabe for police verification ??
You will not be disqualified for appointment in any job till the time you are convicted in the crime complained. Which means that these threats have no value in case you have not committed any crime and the same stands disproved.
