When I had not signed any document stating any kra I gave resignation to my employer With notice of a month Situation got heated and they asked .me to leave with immidiate effect . I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a legal notice to the concerned directors of the company seeking one months salary payout failing which a suit for recovery can be filed against the concerned directors of the company.

You will have to appropriately reply if they are retracting from their position. If they are still unwilling to understand and respond to you appropriately then you may have to send a legal notice for recovery. Also, you will have to claim other benefits such as leave encashments etc. too.
