My salary was not remitted to me. what can i do to claim it
18-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I resigned to my job, My company is agree to do full and final settlement but now six days passed but my cheque not put in bank. How may I claim the pending amount ? Please suggest me legally what step may I take ?
Give them legal notice and file criminal cases for cheating . other option is to file the civil suit for recovery of amount and also claim for damages. U will receive your salary very soon. Otherwise you can also file the writ petition before high court. For detail discussion contact personally.
