My salary deduction [Security Deposit] not paid after resignation

I worked in a company for 2.5 years and there is no appoinment order. Every month a partial amount deducted from my salary as security deposit and which will be refunded after resignation. I provided 1 month notice period and resigned genuinely but my ex-employer holded my security deposit and experience letter.
you can send notice to him through a registered advocate seeking relief for your deposit amount if he fails to repay you as per the agreement or contract which you made along with the employer we can demand along with the deposit amount and the cost which is being inquired for you to recover the amount from sim
