my previous company is not paying me my full and final.

Hi, my case is that my previous employer is not paying my full and final. I was working as a store manger in a retail company where i resigned from my post on 12th September given one month notice period and my last working day supposed to be 12th of Oct but HR waived off notice period said you don't need to serve it but you will get paid for it so after 12th of September 2018 i was not working with them and i have get the official audit done on 10th of Sep and given handover to a new manager. after 2 months after leaving my job one more audit happend where they got 7 lac Rs shortage. now they are saying they will deduct 88000 Rs from my full and final, which they can't as per protocol, so now they are not paying me full and final. please suggest Thanks Arif
