My previous company is filing fraud case against me what can I do.

my previous company is filing fraud case (its a Pvt. ltd.) and they are saying that i did fraud of rs. approx. 250000. I worked in that company for 03 years and left the company 06 months before. They terminate my service saying that i am instigating my colleagues and after leaving my company they gave me the NOC after 01 months for the same. but after some day they go to police station and gave them application for fraud. after 04 months i get to know that on behalf of that application they are going to SP office to file a new case. i just wanted to know after 04 months the application works and now what i need to do because they changes in the account to show that i did the fraud.
have they filed a case against you, has FIR been lodged? you can apply for Anticipatory bail to prevent arrest. You can speak to the Company to sort the things and clarify it with the company. You have to take requisite steps before they file a case.
