I was working in a company which laid off me in March. I have sent them multiple mails asking for my fnf but they are not giving me my dues. How can I recover my money

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to seek a detailed consultancy from a lawyer having expertise in corporate cases. You should issue a legal notice through a lawyer seeking your legitimate dues.

You will first have to begin by sending a legal notice. Thereafter, you have an option to go to the labour commissioner and suit for recovery. We will also have to think of other benefits too like leave encashments, gratuity etc. if applicable.
