You are advised to get a legal notice issued through a lawyer seeking your legitimate dues failing which a suit for recovery be filed in the court having competent jurisdiction. Your emails will not be adequate for recovery of your salary.

either you can file suit for recovery or take legal recourse through labour court or other concerned court. without taking legal action the company wi not budge to pay you arrears ofsalry. the appointment or contract for service is required or any other proof for payment of salary.
