My employment termination after 3 months what can i do

I was working in a it firm from last 1.5 years and suddenly on the basis of one day leave company terminate my employment without any warning or notice effectively. Is there any law of government to compensate employee with three months salary.?
You can challenge the illegal termination of your services by the employer. The procedure for termination of services would be mentioned in the employment agreement signed between you and the company at the time of appointment.

You're correct. If they have terminated you without any notice, they're bound to compensate you in terms of the Industrial Disputes Act. Since you were not given any advance notice citing reasons for your retrenchment, you must seek 3 month's salary in lieu of such notice. Send a legal notice. Approach the Labour Court if the notice doesn't helps.
