My employer is not giving my notice period salary

29-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I joined a company in 1st Oct 2018 and i resigned in 24th April 2019. I have served 1 month notice period. There is 2 unplanned leaves in my notice period. My employer said that our company policy is after 3 months you will get your salary and relieving letter. After 3 months I got only my relieving letter but not got my 1 month salary. I called them they said again after 3 months you will get your salary. Now it's 6 months still not getting any response from them. Please guide me what should i do now.

You are entitled for the salary and shall get it. We can send a legal notice to the Company and demand the salary for 1 months. You can also think of pending paid leaves, gratuity etc. which can be recovered from the company. You shall get whatever amount is due to you with interest.

since it's a month due only the best option for you to exercise is send them a legal notice and get the due salary. instead of going through court process for a month due . legal notice will serve your purpose.
