If you are able to show and prove that you were working for the above stated opposite party then you can send them a legal notice demanding the payment of the same and if he denies/ignores the receipt of the notice then you can file a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional Civil court.

Hello ,first of all do t worry , we hv solutions of all problems, you need to serve the company a statutory notice from your advocate for recovery of due amount of salary, and if the company does not pay u within stipulated time period you can avail civil as well as criminal remedies against it .

Sir,
What is the name of your company? Are they a government controlled company, perhaps that is why they are paying you through a third party. This is done so that they do not have to pay you any benefits as applicable under law.
A writ must be filed in court seeking appropriate remedy.
