My boss is asking me to resign I have worked for 8months

Can my boss ask me to resign after 8months of my service I am working as service manager in Automobile industry.
Of-course, but before sending out you, your boss should give you a termination notice to you narrating the reasons for the termination and you should be answered to the same within the stipulated time and the employer should pass his order on the same. If the termination is improper, you can approach the labour court for remedy.
