Aapko Legal Notice bhejna padega aapke Employer ko, tabhi kucch ho paayega, otherwise nahi. Legal Notice bhejne ke baad bhi, agar aapko Salary nahi milti, toh aap apne Ex Employer ke khilaaf Court ja sakte ho.

Well, Iss case me aapko na legal notice bhejna chahiye, agar aapke notice se kucch nahi hua agar, toh aap Civil Suit file kar sakte ho, saath hee saath aap Police Complaint bhi kar sakte ho aur uss complaint ko FIR me convert kar sakte ho.
