MNC declared insolvency without ful and final payment what to do
10-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Worked with spanish company in India office for more than 7 years,till date I have not received legal dues which includes gratuity, bonus, leave encasement, LTA &etc it is almost 2.5 months after reliving company. Company has issued reliving letter. As company has board of directors has filed the communication foreseen under rule 5 bis of the spanish insolvency Act. Please guide me how to get final dues?
you shall file a petition against all company , managers, directors in the labour comissionar , you can also file a petition in labour tribunal for recover this amount from the manager , director under section 33 of industrial dispute act 1947. and you may approach , also file a complaint in police station if required.

Intimate the company through a legal notice with the help of a lawyer having knowledge of Labor laws. If the company releases your dues then Jo problem else proceed against the company before the Industrial Court. You will get justice.
