mental harassment Case by company

Sir myself harsha. I have joined a company on 4th july as HR manager. They didn't provide any appointment letter to me. After some days a Lady business manager misbehaving me. The owner and that lady has personal relationship. When i complained against that Lady, she insulted me in front of office members. Owner said to me that you r hold for 2 days but they didn't call me . I had worked for 12 days. When i claimed for 12 day salary they provide me two different scan copies of cheque.
Ma'am as per your queries raised you have been worked for 12 days as HR manager without having appointment letter in your favour. Your matter is not under labour law but if you really want to teach lession to the owners and that lady there are other legal remedy available and that's how the role of a lawyer comes. You have not mentioned what relief actually you want from us. Without understanding your intention and aim, it shall be little difficult to proceed advising in the matter.
